Mind, Body & Spirit – All Ages
What we are doing?
A regular mind, body, spirit session for personal development and to share knowledge with others.
Most weeks we are practising relaxation/meditation techniques, and discussing a topic and how it relates to us.
Lessons in mindfulness.
Ultimately this session/practice is about connecting.
Connecting with yourself, your own feelings and emotions. And connecting with others, how you interact and the how you perceive your environment and to make positive changes.
Also, at regular points in the month we work together as a group or with partners planning, reviewing and setting goals.
If you haven’t joined us yet we welcome you too and if you know anyone you think maybe interested in this practice or could benefit from it we invite them along.
