Are you ready to March back to our Dojo?
As restrictions begin to lift we are Marching back to our dojo with some outdoor sessions.
We are inviting you all to join our Fitness bootcamp and Fight club sessions.
Fitness bootcamp will be every Wednesday with Gemma Upfold.
Fight Clubs will be every Tuesday and Friday with Jacey Cashman.
The perfect way to get back into shape and continue to prepare for when we are able to get back indoors doing what we love!
