We are super excited to welcome you to our 2020 January fitness at our Dojo
We are here to support you with your New Years Resolutions and getting everyone fit and healthy for 2020.
On offer we have 6 days a week of Martial Arts, strength and conditioning, and interval training based fitness, Monday to Saturday and varying times during the day .
We are going to be doing lots of work to get everybody strong and fit with really great technique, whatever your goals are, come on down. We have fun packed sessions, you will have lots of fun – We promise you’ll leave with a big smile on your face, come on down and give it a try, you really won’t regret it, we promise you that.
