When you become a member of our Dojo, you are committing to becoming the best version of yourself. Our Ladies Only sessions are carefully planned, based on an extensive Martial Arts syllabus to help you learn Martial Arts skills, self defence with a focus on having a great workout! This has many benefits both physical and psychological. From improving your health and fitness to building confidence, improving focus, dealing with anxiety and developing self love.
