Self Defence Excellence for All Ages
Self Defence is a very important life skill and is an aspect of training incorporated within all of our martial arts classes.
Prevention with any situation which harms you is far better than cure.
Learning Martial Arts gives you / your child skills and confidence to avoid and deal with situations.
Like anything in life, there is not a magic wand to prevent you getting attacked, but there is techniques learnt in self defence training that are very effective at defending yourself. Or better still in the learning of these moves in a class environment builds confidence which makes you avoid the situation in the first place.
Self defence and dealing with bullying is not just for children, all ages, men and women should acquire these life skills which are taught at our Dojo.
Self Defence Excellence class students enjoy creating a deeper knowledge and understanding of Self Defence to aid in the progression of their Martial Arts journey, whilst also learning an invaluable life skills. When you come in we do a specific session warm-up and focus on some syllabus study that students do for their gradings. However, if you are not on the road of syllabus we do situational self defence to build up your confidence for out and about so no experience necessary, just come on down.
If you have been in any situations or have problems of bullying we can advise you as well as enjoy some martial arts practice.
OUR SELF DEFENCE EXCELLENCE CLASS
Our Dojo and classes are open all year round including all school and bank holidays.
We would like to welcome you, your children and family members to our Dojo.
All new member are invited to attend our COMPLEMENTARY trial alongside a Live Timetabled Class.
All ages and abilities are welcome. If you have some previous Martial Arts experience or are currently practicing, let us know and we can cater for your needs.
