Here at the SKF Yoga studio we provide group Lengthen and Strengthen sessions through out the week as well as 1 to 1 private sessions if you have more specific goals.

Yoga For Kids

Kids Yoga & Mindfulness at our Dojo with Lauren 4-13 years.

Yoga is a perfect stand alone or complimentary addition to your child’s activities. 

Perhaps your child is facing challenges with managing their emotions, yoga can help to regulate and offers techniques which can be used for them to feel confident in articulating how they feel both high and low. 

Yoga will teach skills for life…

Small group classes ensure attention to detail in the teaching in a fun environment.
Balancing movement and stillness both are key to balance in life.

Lauren offers a FREE access for all approach to the wonderfully nourishing yoga practice. It’s all about taking time out, iron out the creases, relaxed mind and body. We will take things slow and controlled look to breath deep in poses using props to soften and support us while we let the body ease into a beautiful full body practice.
