    At our Spirit Centre join in our circuit-based fitness classes that welcome everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. These interactive sessions, available six days a week, combine a variety of exercises using different equipment to enhance your endurance, strength, and cardio. You’ll receive the support and encouragement needed to challenge yourself, have fun, and make consistent progress on your fitness journey.
