With over 40 years in Martial Arts, Jacey leads the dojo with passion, authenticity, and a commitment to developing every student. National coach, former international competitor, and the driving force behind Spirit SKF Dojo.

Owner & Wellness Instructor
Lauren brings the wellness dimension to Spirit Centre, leading yoga and Pilates programmes alongside supporting the dojo's community development and family-focused culture.
